Spoiler tag just in Case

I played the Patch a bit and did the Story + Meta once, have we seen that thing on the new map or is it the next raid encounter? Since they teased right before Patch, I thought it's the All Seer at first, but it doesn't fit the Silhouette since it looks more like a Frog🤔
