Advice for managing/getting over sensory issues with physical art?
Sorry if this is a bit of a weird question, but I really like doing art but am pretty much forced to stick with digital mediums because of my sensory issues. I really like physical art and would like to learn to do some of my own. Some part of me wants to just push through to see if it stops bothering me eventually, but I know I'd probably give up first. Has anyone else dealt with this or have advice to give?
Edit: Forgot to post the actual sensory issues lmao. They are largely a mix between texture and sound, I don't care for the feel of paper or the sound of basically anything grinding against it, which covers such a large set of mediums. I don't care for paint on my hands or the dry, dusty feeling that clay always leaves behind either.
