In May, I ran 203km over 17 runs at a 6:27 min/km average.
My longest long run in May was 25km at 6:32min/km average.
My 10K PB is 54:47.
I am running a full marathon this October.
What should my goal be?
I am open to changing my race distance to a half or even 10k.
