Strange Labs - Primary Hyperparathyroidism?

Hi everyone, new to the subreddit and still trying to learn as much as I can at the moment.

I had some extensive lab work done last week and saw an integrative medicine doctor recently trying to figure out these 24/7 headache, neuro, and other strange symptoms I've been having for about 5 years now.

I have an EXTREME sensitivity to any low amount of D3 (even at 400 IUs) on top of sensitivity to calcium/dairy products at consistent intake where I have to take an absurd amount of magnesium on top of what I've been supplementing for years daily and k2 to manage these symptoms.

32 y.o male, very active/fit, eat magnesium rich and relatively clean. No history of headaches, anything mental, food intolerances/ vitamin/supplement intolerances etc. Trying to solve a 5 year mystery that's made life difficult, tiring, and put a lot of things on hold.

Labs:

Calcium:

This is the third time I've had calcium be at the absolute high end of normal at 10.2mg/dl ref range 8.7-10.2 mg/dl while my intake is low. I avoid d3 supplements like the plague and consistent or high calcium intake. I used to be able to drink a gallon of milk a week when I was in college working out all the time. Now I can barely do a glass a day for a few weeks. I barely even get the RDA sometimes and just focus purely on magnesium. I've never supplemented calcium

Vitamin D3:

My D3 came out low at 23.5 ng/ml with the reference range being 30-100 ng/ml. I can only tolerate sunlight d3, any supplement form, dairy, and salmon just make me feel awful and make symptoms feels worse where I need crazy amounts of magnesium k2 to just make symptoms go away.

PTH Intact

PTH came out to 19 pg/ml ref range 15-65. Would this be inappropriately normal?

RBC Magnesium (maybe worth mentioning)

RBC magnesium was at 4.2 mg/ml ref range 3.7 to 7.0

This one could be better and I always feel like I can't get enough magnesium no matter how much I take. I'm not sure if the high calcium is causing me to waste magnesium and not absorb it.

Kidneys

Everything normal

Symptoms: (Note: all of these are worse with d3/regular calcium intake)

Fatigue/Dont have much energy/tired all the time

Brain fog, hard to focus/lock in/memory feels bad

Depression/irratability/anxiety- this can definitely feel suddenly lifted after magnesium or k2

Insomnia/cant stay asleep sometimes

Cramping

Headaches 24/7 - worse when I exercise

Headaches that ease up when I drink more water even though i'm not thirsty and urine color is fine and not necessarily dehydrated. All I drink is water - no tea, caffeine, soda, beer, etc.

Appetite isnt what it used to be

Heart palpitations - only after taking d3/increased calcium intake. Strong fast beats that I can actually feel.

Anyone with a similar experience or same symptoms?
