Hi everyone,

I opened an HSBC ESB Salary Account through an HSBC office camp on 13 August. During the application, I opted for the HSBC Live+ Credit Card as well, and later received an application PDF mentioning the Live+ card.

My salary account has been opened successfully, but I haven't received any update regarding the credit card application - no confirmation, reference number, or approval/ rejection message.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal for the credit card application to take a few days after the salary account is opened?
