Anyone still hasn't got anything on their payments tab?
Right now I don't have anything, not paid, not pending, not processing. Nothing. Is this normal? Anyone on the same boat?

Just got invited to HH again after a couple of months of not being on it. I notice they got a new thing going on where our pay is only an estimate as it gets adjusted to MM time and not HAI time.
This scared me a little bit because I would hate to do like 40 hours in a week (for example) and wake up on pay day to see I'm only getting paid for like 30.
Anyone here wanna share if it actually changes by a lot for your guys? If it's a few minutes, it's not so bad, but I don't think I'd want to work for it if the site is going to overly nitpick my time
I feel so fortunate being accepted by a slightly higher paying project than the one I previously worked on. My only issue is that tasks get assigned to us manually so I'm always concerned about being available for more work and having to wait until I am assigned another task and having to ask over and over again on Slack. These tasks have a 3 hour limit and there's also the opportunity to fix them on the clock if they're returned to us, but I get somewhat irked at the mods refusing to assign tasks and ignoring you if we already have one or two tasks/ returned returned tasks in your account.
I hate to play devil's advocate, but wouldn't this just make people "milk" the tasks and take as long as possible, sort of to make the most out of it? I think they should be providing taskers with a sort of "good amount" of tasks so they actually have something to work on when mods are away and won't have this anxiety of trying to make every minute count.
If we have taskers that are actually putting in the work and lot letting tasks stack up for days without working on any, they should continue to be provided tasks instead of having to wait until they're completely empty from tasks to even begin considering providing.
All I have to do now is attend a live session. Says onboarding details are included in the fellow playbook. Just wanna make sure it's actually those "kick-off calls" on the meetings page in the playbook,
