I'm located in Poland, and whilst there is a Polish version of Nuphy's website, I noticed that the products are cheaper on the international website, and additionally, I found a discount coupon that works there. But is the price at checkout final, or will I have to pay the 3 euros customs and VAT? Neither seems to be included. Does anyone have any recent experiences with ordering from their international website after the new regulations?

Hello everyone, I just unboxed my Xteink x4, bought on aliexpress. Unfortunately it seems like the firmware flashing is locked, because I don't see the device on the list in chrome. I wanted to use the unlocking tool, but it keeps getting stuck on most of the things I click. When I click the folder icon - it gets stuck, when I want to change system language - it gets stuck, though after a couple of attempts the language does change, but other than that I have to reset it constantly. Most importantly it gets stuck on scanning the wifi so I can't use the unlocking tool. I took out the SD card and I thought that changed something as I was suddenly able to change the language without bricking the device, but that happend just once, and never again.

The firmware version I have is XTOS V5.1.6 if that matters.

What can I do?
