I have a guarantee I'm gonna use on her, but I wanna skip the engine to save for Phoenix. Was wondering if anyone knew how big of a difference there is between her sig and other alternatives.

I'm looking to pull for Velina, but I'm not getting her sig since I'm also going for Norma. I know there's gonna be an A rank anamoly released with her, so I was wondering if it's better to use that, weeping gemini or an ER stat stick to get closer to maxing out her core skill.
