Kinda lengthy, I apologize.

I’m so disappointed and honestly LIVID right now. I had a package to be delivered between 4-8am. I woke up around 4:30am and decided to check the status and saw that it had been “delivered” but there are two firsts for me.

I’ve never seen someone state that my package was delivered “to the mail room” which is so odd anyway considering this is a single family home in a large development. But what really burns my butter is the delivery photo. I feel as though a photo like that should be unacceptable since there’s no identifying details to see if he was even in MY driveway. He couldn’t even be bothered to get out of the car, he just put both hands out of the drivers side window and dipped. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find my package which was a $100 Visa gift card so to think he stole my package is extremely upsetting. I contacted customer support chat and they refunded the money, but I asked them more than once to please find out who this driver is bc I’m sure mine isn’t the only one he’s [possibly] stolen. I was reassured that the issue will be escalated and sent to someone higher up.

My question is this…will this actually be addressed? Or was the customer service rep blowing smoke up my tailpipe? 🤔
