Who’s the guy on Beth and Eddie’s holiday answering machine who throws up under the table?

During the Self Pollution Radio holiday answering machine segment, there’s an unnamed guy who calls for Beth (Eddie’s wife at the time) sounding quite out of it. He goes on to explain how his New Years fucking sucked because he got wasted and threw up under the table at a Mexican restaurant. Who is this guy?

I once saw this short clip of Eddie being interviewed, looking how he does in Single Video Theory, and suddenly him halving Yield with his two hands after the interviewer asks a question. Super random. Can’t seem to find it anywhere, anyone know what I’m referring to?
