Suggestions for Investments

Hello All

I am looking at investing about 20 Mln AED ( including mortgage from Bank ) for creating a stable income portfolio for my retirement here in UAE. I will not be living in any of them so it’s only for rental income . I am looking at investing across 3-4 properties ( ready made ). What locations / properties would you all recommend me where I can have good ROI on back of current market . I am looking for places where even in worst markets I can rent without too much of an issue .
