Does anybody else feel the whole KLB "Can't Never Could" ads are eerily similar to the Harris ads?

I've been hesitant on Bottoms since the primary, and Ive started seeing the first ads for her campaign. They focus on her mother's journey to opening a salon, clearly framing Bottoms as a person from a working class family and focusing on her background.

Many attribute this kind of "background focus" as being something the Harris Campaign did that wound up costing her support. Do you see something similar here, such that we might expect a similar result? I'm afraid the establishment Democrats are, once again, refusing to learn from their past mistakes.

Would you support (either as an Amendment on its own or created through SCTOUS precedent) the Right to Privacy being increased so as to protect a citizen from unwarranted surveillance?

This is primarily based on the increased number of private surveillance companies being used by local governments for things like speeding and red light cameras, which can (and seemingly have) been used to track and map out the movements of every day citizens and otherwise collect data on them.

Should there be a right against purposeful government surveillance (beyond mere observation) that is not linked or tied to the investigation of criminal activity? If so, should that right be part of the unenumerated "Right to Privacy" that currently protects things like the family unit and previously protected Abortion access, or should this right be codified itself through Constitutional Amendment? Are there better solutions, or is this a problem at all? Curious to hear your thoughts.

New poll shows AOC has a strong chance at winning the Democratic Primary for the 2028 Presidential Election. If she does, what are hers chances of winning (based on the current climate)? What would be the best Republican response to an AOC campaign?
