Anyone else struggle with asking to extend a work trip for personal time?
Every time I have a trip somewhere decent, I want to stay a couple extra days on my own dime, but I never know how to actually word the ask to my manager, or whether it's even worth the hassle. Anyone found a good way to approach this, or a template that worked for you?
