I just purchased my first two Radiance Films (Cutter's Way and The Landlord). Cutter's Way plays just fine but my player will not recognize The Landlord. I live in the US but am relatively new to collecting physical releases of movies so I didn't think to check the region on these.

Both of them are Region B, so it would stand to reason they should either both play, or neither play. Does anyone else have any issues with The Landlord not playing?

My player is the Sony UBP-X700.
