I’ve been paying for spam detection on warp for the past couple of months and it’s worked great. I had it setup as Verizon call plus in the Verizon call filter app on iOS. Today I started receiving a lot of spam calls that weren’t detected as spam so I checked the app and it said I no longer had the plan. I reached out to support and they said it’s on my line, but that it won’t be active in the call filter app. This is despite it working in the app up until this point. How do I fix this so spam calls start getting blocked again?
