So, I had bought this e-bike off of Amazon for $300 plus $100 shipping cost, and ever since it was brand new it doesn't turn on unless I plug it in for 1 second and then unplug it, then it turns on just fine. But if it's off for 5 minutes then I have to plug it in and unplug it again. It charges and holds a charge just fine. If anyone else has had an issue like this or know what it might be, please help me.
