This is Embarrassing
Why are Americans so stupid and gullible? Why can't they think for themselves? Why do they just watch Fox News and believe everything they're told?

I've done quite a bit of digging and seen the following things may effect the spawning of Iron Valiant:
Night time
Lightning Storm
Lightning Rods
Plains
Ultra Rare
So, I went to a plains biome, used ars to make it night and summon thunder, dropped some lightning rods and put out 10 poke snacks targeting fairy, fighting, and an enchanted golden apple for rare spawn increases.
Iron Valiant does not show up on my PokeNav and I have not seen it spawn ever, although, every other ultra rare on the Nav has spawned.
Has anyone successfully hunted an Iron Valiant (and not just happened upon one)? What am I doing wrong? What methods work?
FFS, can't you at least ask another moderator to do this? It looks incredibly fucked up that you'd lock down a post about your moderation that was bringing in people to discuss in good faith. Your meaningless AI accusations aside, people were having a discussion here. Who can we talk to about how this site is moderated and who gets to make these decisions, because I think this is about the most un-leftist shit I've seen in a while.
I've been running most content on T12 on a ball sorcerer and mostly mowing down everything in my path. I decided to start trying Mephisto on t10 for the seasonal quest and found it to be a bit of a learning curve, but not too terrible when I could get the first two phases down in a matter of seconds and focus on learning phase three.
I looked at a few strategy guides and I haven't seen any of them mention this, so I thought I'd share it here. I found that running away from him at the beginning of the third phase kept him from taking my powers at all and let me start DPSing him down immediately after getting back in range. Once I realized that, I crushed him pretty quickly. I'm sure I'm not the first to notice this, but I'm hoping it will help someone.
