We're moving from Lou Ky to the Garrison Pk area late July. No irrigation, but there's some grass out front and back yards. About how often do most people have to cut their lawns during the summer months in South Austin? It's just a typical plain yard, no fancy grass etc. I guess the grass goes somewhat dormant during the hottest of the season.

Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors that remove and refinish popcorn ceilings....reasonably priced? We recently purchased a home in 78745 near Garrison Park.
