I'm Italian M28 living in Amsterdam (Duivendrecht) for about two years now. My gf is away visiting her family since last week and I'm getting bored haven't talked to anyone in person in a week, anyone (local or tourist whatever) wants to meet for a smoke? In our infra we have services that call OpenAI's generate images and edit images endpoint.
Since this morning we've been getting errors when trying to call the edit image endpoint (via API):
Invalid response body while trying to fetch https://api.openai.com/v1/images/edits: Premature close
https://status.openai.com/ does not show any issues specifically related to the API or image generation endpoints. Just tried in ChatGPT and it also seems to fail when trying to edit images (generation from scratch works fine).
Is anyone else facing similar issues right now?

Pretty much as the title says, the status is stuck on "Connecting". Weirdly, I do receive notifications of messages (with the full message being shown in the notification, so it must have been downloaded), but when opening the app it gets stuck on "Connecting" and nothing is shown. Usually, closing and reopening the app a few times does unstuck it, but now it's not working and it's been stuck for like an hour or more and nothing is bringing it back to life.
Yeah, I tried pretty much everything, switching WiFi networks/mobile data, VPN on/off, deleting older chats, clearing cache/reinstalling the app, I even change country regularly because of work (usually I travel inside the EU but right now I'm outside the EU) and nothing, this seems just an extremely random thing that can happen anytime under any circumstances.
I have two leading theories:
There's an enormous bug in the app, though I find that hard to believe given the amazing engineering team at telegram, they can't possibly be missing something that huge that has been reported multiple times already (there's reddit posts as old as two years ago about this issue)
They are actively throttling non-premium users, to the point of blocking/stalling the connection entirely (maybe inadvertently). Call me a conspiracy theorist, but this started happening not so long after they introduced telegram premium. And among the premium features, it does clearly state that Telegram Premium is putting limits on the download speed, though officially it's on media and documents, not text messages.
Anyone having the same feeling?
