Angie in the episode Sk8ER Boyz

Anyone else think Angie is absolutely CRINGEY as hell in the episode Sk8ER Boyz? Like more so than usual. First, she says “bullies are just friends who don’t know how special you are yet.” Then tries to force that boy who was looking at china with his mom to go to the movies with Max. Then tells Max that whole bit about Sammy the Skater Penguin. I know it’s just a show, but how can she be so out of touch and not realize that she’s actually making things worse for Max?

Tinfoil swan?

I’ve watched the series hundreds of times through over the years, and I’ve never understood the joke about Benny bringing home the tinfoil swan from the restaurant after Angie’s birthday dinner. I feel like it’s so obvious, but it’s going over my head. Someone please fill me in lol.
