Seeking producers to grow with a new independent record label

I am a young entrepreneur and rap lover. and I'm building an independent record label called KYVARA Records.
The vision is simple: create a strong community of talented producers, build a professional beat catalog, connect producers with artists, and grow together over time.
Every producer keeps ownership of their beats.
My role is to promote the catalog, reach out to artists, organize releases, and manage beat sales.
Revenue is split transparently:
• 80% to the producer
• 20% to KYVARA.
At the moment I'm looking for dedicated producers who are consistent, passionate, and interested in being part of the founding team.
