My name's Carson or CDog12 (musician name), I'm 20, artist/producer, and this beat is for a possible single called History that I might use or not. If not, I'll probably sell the beat off but if you're down to hop on this as a feature or have any questions, dm me

Guitar player (but not only) looking for collaborations

Hi, everyone!

I've been playing, writing and recording music for about 15 years on various instruments (acoustic guitar, electric guitar, piano, bass, ukulele), played in a band for seven years and collaborated with lots of artists on a wide range of music (mainly rock, metal, blues, R'n'B, funk, soul, ska).

Been wanting to expand my portfolio of collaborating artists, so I was wondering if there was anyone who would like me to record any instruments on some of their music, or maybe write some material?

I also program drums and orchestral music, if you need it.

Hope to hear from you soon!

You don’t have a problem you have a gap in your utilized already existing leverage most people will never be able to see… luckily thats my expertise

One thing I realized after years of watching artists spend money on promotion is that most of what looks like a “problem” is usually just an unseen leverage gap.

An artist says they are not getting streams, fans, or revenue. But the underlying issue is often that there is some strategic advantage they have not identified yet. It could be a clearer identity, a stronger positioning angle, a monetizable product, a better business model, or a more efficient distribution strategy.

What I spend my time doing is looking for those hidden leverage points.

Instead of asking, “How do we fix this problem?” I ask, “What opportunity is already here that is being overlooked?”

Sometimes a single strategic shift can create more progress than months of content posting, ad spend, or outsourced marketing.

The most interesting artists to me are not just trying to get more plays. They are building durable businesses around their brand, with revenue streams that can grow over time and make them attractive to investors, labels, or partners.

In that context, strategy becomes less about solving isolated issues and more about identifying the highest-leverage path forward.

That perspective changed how I look at music careers entirely.

What is your Reddit collab stack?

Been noticing a lot of collab offers bouncing around lately. I'm also seeing people talking about building platforms and tools for creators to collab, network, communicate, share files, all that.

Meanwhile, I’ve completed 3 collab projects recently using a pretty basic collab stack:

  • Reddit for meeting people
  • Reddit chat for communication
  • Email for sending files
  • OneDrive for larger files

That’s my collab stack. I'm not trying to move people over to a shiny new platform or add additional layers of friction. I'm using what already exists, rolling up my sleeves, and putting in work.

But I also realize a lot of people are working from their phones and don’t necessarily have the setup I have on a desktop, where I can take advantage of the screen real estate, drag-and-drop, multiple windows, etc.

I was helping somebody order something on Amazon from their phone the other day and realized…I don’t know how y’all do this shit 😂. The experience is completely different from working on a computer.

That's why I approach collabs in the most simple, friction free way possible - meet people where they're at.

For me, the most important considerations are:

  • Clear means of communication
  • Easy file sharing
  • People actually following through and finishing projects

That's it!

I’m not trying to build a tool for collaboration. We already have communities and chat here on Reddit. I’m more interested in actually connecting with people and making things happen using the infrastructure that already exists.

Curious to know what is everybody else using for their collab stack? 🤔

Im a sound engineer but I wanted something faster for my own workflow, especially when working with stems from hardware setups / SD recordings.

So I ended up building a simple app that:
takes stems or add a song and you will have automacally 4 stems on the mixing section

you can even upoload a video format and automacally extract the audio for processing,
auto mixes (EQ, comp, limiter, imaging)
lets you quickly tweak or add FX

exports ready WAV in minutes

You can also load a full track and split it into stems and work backwards.

(especially from people who hate complicated setups 😄

If you like to check it let me know

Looking for a singer that wanna make Alternative RnB

Hey, I am a producer with +10 years experience in underground hip hop (boom bap) and jazz hop, nowadays also focusing on jazz, (neo)soul and alternative RnB. My production credits including established hip hop artists like: 40 Cal (former Dipset member), Jazz Fresh (South-Philly legend, worked with DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince), Krumbsnatcha (Gangstarr Foundation), Solomon Childs (Wu-Tang Killa Beez), Reks, Chaundon, Block McCloud and many more.

I am looking for Alternative RnB talent to work with on a base of mutual respect. My goal is to just make music and keep leveling each other up. I don't care about views or exposure, as long as you have the workpace and motivation to work.. I am open to work!

Check my work here (track off my instrumental soul project):

Looking for lyricist collaborator (Pop/R&B/Jazz + Classical Crossover)

Hi everyone,

I’m a professional musician (vocalist, composer, keyboardist, conductor) with extensive experience on stage, in Catholic church, and in the studio, and I’m currently looking to collaborate with a lyricist.

My music blends pop, R&B, jazz, and classical crossover, so I’m especially interested in someone who understands jazz/soul/R&B phrasing and feel, and can write lyrics that truly connect with the music — not just words placed over it.

Ideally, you:
• Write meaningful, expressive lyrics
• Have a strong sense of rhythm and melodic flow
• Can naturally align lyrics with an existing melody
• Are open to real collaboration and creative exchange

I’m not looking for generic songwriting services, but for a genuine, long-term creative partnership where we can grow and develop music together over time.

If this resonates, feel free to reach out and share samples of your work. I’d be happy to send a demo (melody + chords) and see if we’re a good fit.

Serious inquiries only, please. Thank you.

Projet Mixtape

Peace!

looking to build with emerging artists, especially if you're releasing in english or spanish (but everyone's welcome)

i'm not really here for one-off stuff, what i actually want is to find artists who are putting in real work and just haven't been found yet.

i do cover art and visual identity. i speak english and spanish natively, so if you're working both markets or your music lives in that in-between space culturally, that helps, i'll get what you're going for without you having to over-explain it. but honestly even if you're not, come talk.

fair warning: i'm still a student. i haven't done a ton of covers professionally, i won't pretend otherwise. but the theory is there, composition, color, typography, how visuals communicate before someone even reads the artist name. what i'm missing is the reps, and that's exactly why i'm here.

this is free. what i'm looking for in return is pretty simple: you're active, you release stuff, you have some idea of where you're going even if it's fuzzy. that's it.

if that sounds like you, drop a link. let's see if it makes sense.
