Queen's impatience - not decreased by orders?

Ouch! I just had a hard hit on P20 Adamantine seal.

I was one sealed order away from winning and I had 4 orders saved up for when the queens impatience hit max. I was in the storm and tried all 4 and they didn't decrease impatience.

I didn't have any kind of debuff on this. Is there a reason the orders stop decreasing the queen's impatience?

Adamantine - 2nd try

As per the screenshot, I was considering all foxes due to the extra 2 villagers, and the shown embarkation bonuses.

For extra starting goods, I have: 2 wildfire essence, 30 oil, 25 leather, 30 flour, 10 bricks.

Any last tips?
