It appears that my mirror has seen better days, and I don't have another car at this time. Is there a way to reattach this mirror without having to constantly put it back on?
I am 22, and have worked at the same retail job since I was 19. I want to find an actual career with opportunities for upward mobility. I didn't go to college. Will this significantly hurt my chances of finding better work?
As instructed in my previous post's replies, I did try cleaning it out. It's still not moving. This is far from the first instance of this. Is it seized?

I was trying to change my spark plugs, and dropped a 9mm socket and a screw deep in the engine bay. Is there a way to get them out without taking the car completely apart? What tools do I even need? Mine is a 451.
