Exway flex 3 pro falling apart
Hey first time owning eskate
I decided to buy an eskate because it has been dream of mine for many years. I decided to buy Exway flex 3 pro. It has been really fun for daily commuting to gym and just cruising. Problem I have is that it is falling apart in front of my eyes. I drive only on asphalt and don’t do any offroading. I have only owned it 1.5 months and ridden around 337 km. Is this expected like the support said? When I wrote to support being can they atleast give after sale care some small belt guards they said it is normal and to pay up. Also I am pondering if I should drop additional like 400-500 EUR to get bigger wheels and gearbox drive from them. Is this good idea?
