Looking for some data points on leases for the T8 plug in hybrid. Looking at some pricing on the Santa Monica dealer webiste I'm seeing the T8 plus for around 950/1000 a month after tax with around 7k down. The Volvo we site has the T8 core for 669 a month pretax or something like that. I know I've seen people post their lease rates on here for closer to 750. Is this just a matter of haggling? 1000 a month seems quite high for lease of a 77k vehicle. Thanks.

Need a decent sprayer for painting cabinets. I have a few bathrooms and at some point a kitchen I'd like to remodel. Mainly stuff around the house though I would like to do commissions in the future. I have used an airless Graco to paint houses before but that was latex. I'm looking for high end factory like finishes that will be durable and look great. Budget is 3k. I also am starting to build guitars though I assume I would need something like a car paint gun for those.

Wood subfloor. The plumber wants to replace thebentire flange and some pipe underneath since it is y connected to another bathroom on the other wall. He says he can't use a repair ring since there is no where to screw it too, he also said those are to meant for concrete applications. It's a crawlspace house and 1500 to replace the flange which seems a little high but access under the house is a pain I've been under there.

I wasn't complaining but I don't need quadruple pours for Christ sake I'm not an alcoholic. I mean I probably am but dear God she was just emptying fifths like they had a surplus. The back bar was closed which was kind of annoying too. Food was meh. 10/10 will be back.
