I bought this Meyers Lemon tree from a reputable company as a 5ft tree and I'm no expert by any means but this seems like bad pruning? Wanted to get an informed opinion before contacting the company.

My concern is the main "trunk" of the tree was cut and they have a branch tied to the stake. I bought it as a 5 foot tree. Is this a bad prune and could this even be considered a 5 ft tree since the height is actually from a limb? Thanks!
