Blic izveštava da je usnija odlikovao ordenom Karađorđeve zvezde 1.stepena pripadnika Vojske Srbije, podoficira Jovanovića koji je poginuo u mirovnoj misiji u Libanu ove godine...

Ne mogu da suzdržim svoj gnev i nezadovoljstvo ovom laičkom i populističkom odlukom, koja nije prva a verovatno ni poslednja... Predsednik Srbije, Aleksandar Vučić od kad je postao šef države raspolaže sistemom odlikovanja mimo svake svrhe i namene tih istih odlikovanja, i dodeljuje ih u potpunosti po svojoj volji u skladu sa svojim populističkim potrebama.

Orden Karađorđeve zvezde je najviše odlikovanje koje naš državljanin može dobiti. Taj orden nije namenjen za odlikovanje pripadnika vojske koji su mlađih činova, a sama činjenica pogibije (iako tragična) ni u kom slučaju ne može biti osnov za ovakvo odlikovanje.

Sistem odlikovanja Republike Srbije je sam po sebi katastrofa, a zakon koji je donet u vreme Tadića, omogućava predsedniku da radi sa odlikovanjima šta hoće, i daje mu veća ovlašćenja nego li sam Ustav.

Nakon što je onaj pripadnik žandarmerije (isto podoficir) koji je ranjen ispred ambasade Izraela dobio orden za zasluge u oblasti odbrane i bezbednosti 1.stepena, (isto orden koji je namenjen višem nivou tj, genrslaima i ostalim vrlo visoko rangiranim) a onda i onom podoficiru koji je učestvovao u Bitci za Košare, Vučić sada dodeljuje najviša državna odlikovanja tragično poginulim pripadnicima Vojske Srbije, ne bi li time kupio simpatije ožalošćenih i ostalih građana...

Da bi ste razumeli, u normalnom svetu se za pogibiju ili ranjavanje daju posebna odlikovanja, medalje, oznake. Sam čin pogibije se ne smatra zaslugom, jer se odlikovanja dodeljuju za opipljiv i pozitivan rezultat. To jeste surovo sa ove tačke gledišta, ali je neophodno da bi se čuvao prestiž najviših državnih odlikovanja. Ona su namenjena za konkretne zasluge u borbi, komandovanju, za razvijanje i uspehe u nauci, sportu kulturi, za velike i uspešne reforme sistema, za revnosnu ili dugu službu. Ništa od toga pripadnik Vojske Srbije, podoficir Jovanović nije ostvario, kao ni pomenuta dvojica koji su dobili Orden za zasluge u oblasti odbrane i bezbednosti 1.stepena.

Ovaj orden (Karađorđevu zvezdu) u istom stepenu je dobio Novak Đoković! Razumete i sami razliku između njih, uz dužno poštovanje ka obojici. Zamislite da sutra pukne rat gde bi imali više mrtvih... Koliko bi vredeo najviši državni orden kada bi se isti dodeljivao u stotinama, hiljadama i ne daj Bože u još većim od toga brojevima? Pa ništa, bio bi obezvređen.

OVO JE SRAMOTA!!!! SRAMOTA ZA UGLED POKOJNOG JOVANOVIĆA, SRAMOTA ZA OVU DRŽAVU, SRAMOTA ZA NAŠA ODLIKOVANJA!!

ALESSANDAR VUČIĆ JE GLAVNI VINOVNIK POTPUNE DEGRADACIJE NE SAMO NAŠEG SISTEMA ODLIKOVANJA, VEĆ I NAŠEG SISTEMA VREDNOSTI, KOJI UPORNO UNIŠTAVA, PROIZVOLJNOM I NEODGOVORNOM DODELOM NAJVIŠIH JAVNIH PRIZNANJA!!!!

Hello everyone. I hope I'm not missing the sub, but as far as I noticed there were similar posts... I'm interested in your thoughts on this idea for a fictional Order. It is the Order of the Faithful Emperor Stefan / Orden blagovernog cara Stefana, (Emperor Dušan of Serbia).

I named it after what people called Dušan's Code (Proto Constitution of the Serbian Empire in the Middle Ages).

As the basis of the order's badge, I took the scepters and crosses worn by Serbian medieval rulers and church officials. As you can see on the frescoes of Emperor Dušan, King Vukašin Mrnjavčević, and specific one of Saint Sava from the Patriarchate of Peć. ( pictures 2, 3, and 4)

I imagined the cross itself to be golden, with the "stones" actually being enamel to replace it, all with the goal of giving the badge that medieval Byzantine-Serbian aura. (picture 5) Wanting to remain original, and within our Serbian tradition, I took as an example how the Hungarian Order of St. Stephen has a specific instead of a generic crown. So I chose the medieval crown that the Emperor and the kings before him wore.

I took the Star of Bethlehem as the basis of the breast star, considering the deep Christian ties and the symbolism of our country from that time. The star is therefore a little unique because its lower ray is a little longer, and it represents God's blessing of Serbia. In the center of the star is a medallion with the text: BY JUSTICE AND NOT BY FEAR. I based that motto on the articles 171 and 172 of Dušan's Code, which instructs judges to judge according to justice and not according to the fear of him and the empire. Which I adopted as a universal message and a call to honorable and courageous action, regardless of how small or strong we are. Below the text is a fire striker with flames coming out from the sides. I chose it instead of the frequent and somewhat boring wreath that usually stands there. I also chose that symbol as a small reference to the Order of the Holy First Martyr and Archdeacon Stephen, who was the patron saint of medieval Serbia. In his name, Emperor Dušan supposedly founded our only order of chivalry in the Middle Ages. And which is allegedly shown on Illyrian Armorials, which are all copies based on lost original of the Ohmučević Armorial where, among others, you can see the coat of arms of Emperor Dušan / Dušan's empire... In the middle is the central medallion, where the rays are shown over which is the book over which is the all-seeing eye. Maybe I whold put the same fresco of emperor, but I find this ok as now. The Ribbon is blue with a red border, which is inspired by the first recorded flag of ours from the Middle Ages. I did not take the other flags that were preserved in the Hilandar monastery, and from the time of the emperor, because they were quite flashy and not suitable for this. (picture 7)
