How accurate and comprehensive is this Quaternion Eagle standart from 16th century? Is it representing whole fiefdoms of HRE or just major ones listed?

Ive been seeing this online for a long time, especially on Wikipedia and we know how fragmanted HRE were especially in high Medieval ages. So how Quaternion Eagle is comprehensive at all? Or is it just representing some major fiefs on the heart of HRE? What do you think?

One Year Armsiversary!

I suppose I should make an introduction here at some point. Well, hai! I'm Warrior and I've been an active member on the Discord server for just over a year now. Today is the one year anniversary of completing the design of my arms and I'm undertaking the challenge of doodling arms of members of the community that have emblazoned my arms in the past year.

__Blazon__

*Shield: Gules, an arrow point to base argent split by a pile throughout sable fimbriated argent charged with an arrow point to base argent

Crest: A demi-winged-panther rampant Argent, incensed Gules, in paw a bow Sable

Motto (not pictured): ARS LONGA, VITA BREVIS [art is long, life is short]*

__Symbolism__

**The arrows** - To represent the sport which I compete in, but also a reminder to be precise and consistent with everything I do. The split arrow is the depiction of the Robin Hood feat of splitting one's arrow down the middle, also representing precision.

**The colours: red, white, and black** - Bold and striking, sometimes seen as intimidating. They are the fletch colours of the first set of arrows I've ever owned, and the colours of my kit.

**Panther** - The embodiment of my creative endeavours, the spots are the three primary colours and the fire is the creative drive that is ever burning inside me.

Does anyone know who this belongs to?

Hi there myself and my friend were in a local supermarket carpark and found a car with this flag on and I was hoping someone here could help me identify the crest.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Help identifying/analyzing historical crest symbolism and the meaning of specific elements of family crest.

This is a picture of my family crest. I know nothing about what the symbols mean but would love to know a bit more if anyone has any knowledge here.

My ancestors come from Spain but most of my family lineage records come from when one of my great great great great great great grandfathers was assigned some land in Mexico when it was still under Spanish rule. Some of the furthest back information is that a man by the name Don Domingo Felipe de el Conde, bearing a date of birth of May 26, 1660, was born in the Royal Valley of Mena, Province of Cantabria (then under the jurisdiction of Santander). He was the father of Pedro Antonio de el Conde, who served as Mayor of the Town of Villasana in the mid-17th century.

I still carry the last name only that it's been shortened to "del Conde"

Family name history

My opa passed away recently and I was going through his old stuff and found a “family name history“ document. I saw a blazon of arms section at the bottom, I searched online to see if I could locate it online but was not able to. I’m going back next week to finish clearing out the house, but I was wondering if any has any idea if a blazon of arms even exists for my last name(listed at the top of the document).

Siebmacher's Wappenbuch

I came across this scanned book while doing research on my ancestor's heraldic achievements; incredible artwork. The original Wappenbuch was compiled by Johann Ambrosius Siebmacher (1561 – 23 March 1611). I think this is the new version compiled in 1854–1967 by Adolf Matthias Hildebrandt, Maximilian Gritzner, and Gustav A. Seyler.

Just neat and want to share.

Making sense of the Zanders/von Gohr CoA

Here is a pic of the Zanders-von Gohr family’s arms. The family run a renowned paper mill whose roots go back to the XVII century. I’m struggling to make sense of the Xs though: they are arranged very unsually. Any idea why this may be the case? How would one blazon this?

...please, help me... This is my last creation of personal arms (only the scutcheon)... all OK? Rate this CoA, *please* 🇧🇷

The coat of arms of the Barrio del Artista of Mon'Tarena, Queretaro, Mexico, designed by Joaquin Haces Perdomo and me and emblazoned by me. The hand-drawn ink outline of a hummingbird alongside the coat of arms in which it appears, both by me.

Refined Version of Personal coat of arms.

Here is the refined version of my personal coat of arms after the feedback I received on my previous post.

Changes I made:

*reduced the size of the crest charge

*reduced and repositioned the roses

*tried to simplify the overall composition and make it feel less crowded

Removing the roses entirely made the lower part of the shield feel too empty, so I kept them as smaller secondary elements to help balance the composition.

I would be interested to hear your thoughts. And maybe Help on english blazon.

Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Shām and Hejaz (drawn style)

Just experimenting with styles. A hypothetical union of nations under the Hashemite dynasty, unifying Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Hejaz, Jordan, and North Yemen as a constitutional parliamentary monarchy with a multi party representative democracy. The order/collar is not a real one (i could not find any chivalric orders in the region), but is called the Order of the Saladin. Yes, that lion is the Pahlavi supporter without the sword, Pahlavi supporter is just that cool looking.

How do people "officially" become heraldist in the countries with or without an official heraldic government body? Is there some kind of course?

Identification of these two?

I appreciate that with the muted colours, it might be tricky. Friends of mine have inherited a castle. I know, right? But it's in quite a state and will take millions to fix up.

These two designs appear frequently around the property and we know that it was once the seat of the Wallace and latterly the Hope-Wallace family and we can see the heraldry of both of these, but can't work out what these two are or what their connection is to the place.
