Looking for Mexican Crockpot recipes
I just made chicken fajitas in the crockpot and absolutely love it. I’d love to hear and see everyone’s favorite Mexican crockpot recipes. Thanks!

I’m looking to put together a journaling playlist to listen to while writing. Anyone already have one they'd care to share?
Not sure if this is the right sub for this question so feel free to let me know.
I am taking a meal to a family who just brought home their second child. I’m making vegetable soup, cornbread, and a dessert. What dessert would be good to take? For meal trains, I usually take cupcakes. Do you think that’s ok, or are there better ideas?
I appreciate any and all suggestions!
Edit: thank you, everyone! After reading all of your suggestions, I’ve decided to make chocolate chip cookie bars. Thanks!
My current dinnerware is Fiesta, so you know what size dinner plates I use. I’m looking for plates I can serve Mexican food on, example: 2 enchiladas, rice, and beans. My plates won’t hold this amount of food. Help!
Edit: it doesn’t have to be Fiestaware. Just letting you know what I currently use.
A month or so ago, everything was saying LHOP was leaving Prime. Did that just not end up happening? Its still available on mine (I’m in the US) Thanks!
