I'm an indie comic creator from Toronto. We held a launch party for the release of our first issue 'THE PLAGUE #1: ILL FATE' at FREEPLAY [300 College st] on July 9.
We were stunned when none other than PJ Phil walked in!
He was so humble, kind and gracious, taking photos and shooting the breeze.
If 10 year old me could peer into the future and see this, his head would explode.
PJ Phil also has a new podcast called 'PJ Phil's Last stand' on Youtube.
It's awesome and I highly recommend checking it!
The Plague was inspired by a lot of content that I grew up with.
Swamp Thing, Spawn, X-Files, The Punisher, etc.
The story is a supernatural action and conspiracy thriller.
