I'm going my first attempt at pressure cooking a beef casserole, I've read online recipes and sautéed al my gods and sealed my beef chunks and ran the pressure cook high programme which ran for about 35 minutes, it's now finished and it just sat at "keep warm" will it realease pressure itself? Or do I need to make that happen? Nervous to attempt to open it. It's showing as pressurised currently

This might be a bit woo woo but I'm relatively new to acquiring crystals and have done some research on a few of them. I got a lovely large cut amethyst piece that has been in our shared living space for a week or so and brings me joy. Today I unboxed a smoky quartz tower that I felt drawn to when I saw it and had read that they pair well sat with amethyst.
However since I took it out the box and placed it in the living room this morning I've been having a really anxious / tight feeling in my chest. I don't know whether I'm just feeling anxious for an unknown reason or if it's the crystal? 😅 Any advice appreciated 🔮
