[WIP] The back tickles my 🧠
Let's try this again! I posted from the wrong account originally, so had to redo! 😂
This will be my 5th completed piece when done! I am feeling supa proud of my back. I made sure to not travel more than 3 spots to keep it looking so clean. I also railroaded all my stitches, tried 'training' my stitches at one point and just didn't have the patience for it. Railroading takes up enough extra time, I couldn't keep going with both. I did utilize the pin stitch to end and begin every time. I may go a little over board with the securing, but I came from crochet so forgive my paranoia lol. 14ct black aida, all DMC floss so far. I did my grid lines with the 3 color Sewline pencil. The pattern is from an Etsy shop that has had quite a bit of negative talk. I bought the shop bundle at such a discount before I knew of the problems. So far the ones I've completed have worked up beautifully, with no issues. I'm having so much fun with all the colors! And I will be adding Mill Hill glow in the dark seed beads when it's time. I tried to add a strand poly glow in the beginning, and even with 2 blue and 1 glow strand it was coming out too white for my liking. Thanks for coming to my first show and tell since kindergarten! 😂 Any questions I'm of course happy to answer, and any helpful advice is always welcome 🖤
