T598 power supply cable appears burnt out
I bought a new T598 in January, serial number is later than the ones on the website that are supposed to have issues. it’s been working perfectly fine for me for the 5 months I’ve had it so far, but the last week or so the force feedback has felt a bit clunky as if it’s getting stuck. this only happens for a tenth of a second or so every now or again, but it’s noticeable and I believe is the cause for it disconnecting randomly a couple times yesterday
I mostly play GT7 on it so am wondering if the loss of grip vibration feature it has is maybe something to do with it
Basically, the 3 pin power supply cable appears to have a darker pin in the middle, I’m no expert on burnt out cables, but I thought that it seemed unusual. Is there a way to get a free replacement through thrustmaster support seen as it appears to be a hardware issue, or would I have to spend £40 on a replacement power supply ser
