Is there a glossary for player abilities?
Some are pretty self explanatory by the name alone , while others are not as clear until you put it on your player. For Example , I had no idea what "Aura" did until I put it on someone.

There’s a mode where you play as a high school baseball manager, and you have to train, recruit, and manage your players morale and grades. You can customize anyone on the team, so you can basically create whoever you want. It honestly feels like a fully fleshed-out Yakuza minigame from its light hearted tone.
There’s also a Career Mode where you have to manage your player's life off the field just as much as their performance on it. I created Shinada to give him another shot at greatness.
I decided to give this shot on EA Play and the commentators repeatedly get so many things wrong.
1.They get some players colleges wrong. I think Tirico called Jeremiyah Love a former Buckeye.
2.They said a player scored his first touchdown of his career(it was his 3rd of the season)
3.They said we swept a division opponent when we lost the previous one.
There's more I encounter but I'm interested what commentary mistakes others have encountered.
My company laid off a bunch of people earlier this year and I am one of the unlucky few who get to stay and absorb more work for no extra pay. Despite this , our company still has a party planning committee. We had a spring lunch in event that lasted from 11-2 that we were force to stay the entire time for because they wanted to give out prizes at the end. Considering I am already swamped from taking on extra work, I can't stop thinking about how much time and money we were wasting in there.

Since morale has decreased because people are stressed, the party planning committee who I wonder what they actually do day to day is now scheduling us for a company summer picnic(complete with games , trivia, food, and entertainment). This event happens during the day of course.

My main question why did we get rid of people if we are just going to waste money on parties most employees didn't ask for? I would have rather just not not have these and just paid the people who work here still more for taking on extra work. Does anyone else work at a place that has so many clubs all filled in seemingly the same sidequest specialists who are presumably not actually that busy?

Can't wait to leave this place!
I've been on 2.5 for about about a month now(will move up to 5 next week ) and i notice that I have gotten multiple strains in my back this month. I am not training any differently than I normally would. Is this bad luck or a common side effect with taking zepbound early on as the body is losing weight? In this case it is 8 pounds.
