I've noticed that some social media managers also go to clients to record content for them. My cell phone camera isn't very good, and I don't have basic filming equipment (lapel mic, lights, tripod), so I would only write scripts and edit what they send to me. However, I'm worried that the footage the client sends might not be good (with noise, poorly recorded, or that he might be hesitant when speaking). So, what can I do? How can I instruct them? What types of audiovisual content are easiest for the client to record without my direct assistance?
