Is security still super quick these days? I have a 4:00 flight, what time should I arrive?

Need to buy my first pair of glasses. I already had an exam done and have my prescription. I have Eyemed. My friends all go to Lenscrafters but it seems intentionally overpriced to make sure you max out insurance + still need to pay 100-200 more. Can anyone recommend some other places? I've heard Warby Parker is a good experience but the lenses themselves aren't the best quality.
