Hi Redditors, I have the above AirPods and have been using them as hearing aids for light hearing loss.

Most recently the fonction stopped but my devices still work for music, YouTube etc.

So I went through the AI (do this do that) and finally it said call Apple.

Apple transferred me to health dept. but now they are saying that it’s not activated in Canada.

At this point I am challenging them.

What are your thoughts/experience, are they allowed to end a service. I know it’s apple.
