Moving abroad soon, is Tello a good move?

Hi,

Currently with Verizon and will be moving abroad very soon. I want to keep my US phone number for verification purposes with my bank. My phone can have 2 numbers so my goal is to keep my US number and I'll add another line with my new foreign number after I move. Is Tello a good idea for that, or should I look into other options?
