Maybe you remember me from my Human Revolution mix a few weeks ago (that the official Deus Ex instagram page reposted??? omg) but a lovely human here suggested I do a mix of the original Deus Ex theme. So here it is! I hope you guys like it!

This was a big month for Deus Ex fans in a sad way. Warren Spector retired and we celebrated (mourned) the tenth anniversary of the last mainline game release. I'm wearing the Human Revolution shirt I bought way back in the day in memoriam. I love that Elias Toufexis champions the series so much, it kind of keeps the flame alive, and he's such a rad human too.

If you enjoy these mixes, please do let me know! I've mixed a track for every mainline Deus Ex game and I'd be happy to share them. Maybe as a mini collection on soundcloud?

Sorry if this is too social media promotional-y. In the words of Morpheus: The need to be observed and understood was once satisfied by god. Now we can implement the same functionality with data-mining algorithms.

I finally gave the Human Revolution ost the spotlight it deserves in one of my online sets. Idk about you guys but I'd throw down for Michael McCann at the club. Die Sexual themselves shared this! Maybe they're also Deus Ex fans? 👀
