How did you begin to trust your knee again?

It's 2 years today since my traumatic 9th patella dislocation, and even though I'm 6 months post-op from MPFL Reconstruction, I'm having huge difficulty trusting my knee again.

Let me know if you have any tips for things that worked for you! Has anyone tried counselling and/or CBT and did it work?

I feel like I need to rewire my brain after 20+ years of dislocations, especially when the dislocations happened so easily from everyday activities (bending and twisting to pick things up or put washing in the machine), and my last dislocation stayed out for an excruciating 3hrs 😱

Any stories, tips and/or advice appreciated. The PTSD, anxiety and lack of confidence is haunting. I'd love to return to normal life without constantly having to think or worry about my knee letting me down.

Battery Guru now compares same-model average stats

The app just updated to show you how your phone compares to other users with the same device. It compares battery life, screen on time, charge time, max temperature, and deep sleep.

The amount of devices keeps increasing as more users get the update. I've only had my Nord 4 a few weeks, so my stats don't seem fully accurate yet, there's no way I'm getting 18hrs of screen on time!!

You can also browse by brand to see a list of the top 20 OnePlus devices by battery life. Thought it was interesting at least and wanted to share, even if it's experimental and not fully accurate, though I guess it'll get better the more people use it.

No chapter breaks = no thanks!

It's annoying when chapter breaks aren't implemented properly, so the whole book is one super long chapter. I've seen this a few times in the UK so far 🤦‍♀️

Anyone gone from a OnePlus 5 to a OnePlus Nord 5?

So the OnePlus 5 is 9 years old now and it's served me incredibly well, but battery drain and compatibility issues are setting in.

I recently bought a OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite as an 'upgrade', but it was actually slower and laggier than my OnePlus 5, so I returned it. Now I'm looking into a OnePlus Nord 5, which is also an upgrade on paper, but I'm wondering if anyone else has gone that route and whether you'd recommend it?
