Starting my Adventure

I have been losing weight, (I'm down about 80 pounds and this is less than halfway to the amount I am aiming for) and my doctor has stressed that with how fast I am losing, I should be concerned with losing muscle mass. I've been eating appropriate protein and walking, but the resistance exercise has been difficult for me to start, I think because I just don't feel comfortable at a gym.

I'm planning on starting my ringfit adventure today. I got this before losing any of the weight and couldn't do many of the exercises, but I am hoping this has changed now that I've lost some.

Positivity

Just popping in to say I really love the positivity of this group. While we all have struggles, it's nice to come to this group as opposed to some others because y'all focus on the wins and on doing something to get where we need to be.
