Anyone know how to fix a bugged map?

I have 1500 points in New Herland District, I have all booths, the tower, all 50 oracle stones, all 3 side missions done, all 11 anomaly, and all 4 of the bosses. But it says I’m 18/20 for the gift from “21”. I have followed the interactive map and visited 20 places and even redid the fights, still stuck at 18/20. How do I fix that?

(Also Miguel District is stuck at 14/15 and none of the icons show up and checked all 15 of those and it’s not there either. And yes I have 1200 points there)

Who best to pick for tower clears?

Who is the best overall to pick for clearing towers? I’m at 366/540 and stuck for weeks, been beating my head and wiping for 10 hours before switching to another tower. Even after waiting weeks to upgrade different characters to 180-200 still no progress. I have electric and poison towers cleared, so don’t need Iono. Most other towers are stuck around floor 21. (Steel is stuck at floor 27 because Lear can’t do enough damage at lv200, Bug is stuck at floor 15 because no physical attackers, fairy is stuck at floor 15 because no physical attackers, normal is stuck at 24 because Hugh doesn’t do enough damage anymore and Penny doesn’t do enough at lv140 so need to wait another 2 weeks to try her. If I need to explain other towers just ask. I have every trainer from the lodge (barring Ingo and Ball Guy) and every trainer from the points vendor and speed trainer vendor (although those are all 1/5 as I don’t have enough to 3/5 everyone (need 9600 tickets so it will take a year or so)

Need help please with PS5 store

I just got a PS5 and I’m trying to set things up but I am very confused and frustrated. Tried looking online for videos and guides and even the official Sony PlayStation FAQs arnt helping.

The two questions I need answered is, 1. How do I search for specific games on the store? It only keeps showing me the top 10 downloaded games and no search bar or search function. (Yes I am used to Steam and wish I could block/ignore games as well. Which I can manage not being able to ignore them if I could find SPECIFICALLY what I’m looking for.) 2. Where do I check how many PlayStation funds from the cards at Walmart I have left? I know it’s easy to check on Steam, and I tried going to settings and accounts for transaction history like the Sony PS guide says, but it’s not there.

Hopefully someone can help me, thanks in advance.
