Heart Rate Zones

I am very much a novice, both in fitness and to Bevel, so this may be obvious to everyone else but was not to me. The past five months has been a journey of me adding different types of exercise and with much more frequency to my schedule. I feel great, but I’m still playing around a lot with my sympathetic and parasympathetic system, striving for better balance.

There are times when I feel like my recovery score does not match how I feel in that I’m more fatigued than it reports, or I might finish a killer strength training session and it reports that I’d still have gas in the tank when I clearly don’t. Only today did I start to question the heart rate zones and ask AI if they were set correctly. It responded and suggested that my heart rate zones have been set too high, therefore underestimating the impact of my exercise routines.

So I’ve made adjustments and thought I’d throw this out in case anyone else has default settings for heart rate zones. It collected my data over previous weeks and made a recommendation on my max heart rate. I hope this helps!

Hi there, forgive me if this has already been asked. I currently log my foods with the plus at the bottom right and either capture and describe or search through my previously eaten list.

Is this the correct way to capture food, or is there a different way if I’m utilizing AI as a pro-subscriber?
