Raw carnivore, advice for digestion?

Hi there, I’m 24F and have been doing raw carnivore for a while now. I’m on it for the cognitive benefits mostly cause I’m alr slim. My daily meal consists of a ribeye (I buy in bulk so it’s cheaper) and 1lb of ground beef (regular), which I eat at dinner, so only once a day. I don’t tolerate dairy or eggs very well so those are off the table.

There’s just one hitch. Without black coffee, my digestion feels… stalled. The thing is, I know that black coffee isn’t good for me- I recently learned that cause my period stopped entirely until I got off of black coffee, which has only been around 3 days now (yes I got my period back, but my bowel movements have been… affected)

Without black coffee, I’m afraid that I’m constipated cause I’m not passing anything? Or barely anything- it’s disproportionate compared to the amount of meat I eat. I’m gonna try eating more suet and lowering the protein, but does anybody have any advice or explanation as to this? I heard about the zero waste hypothesis, but I’m afraid that if I’m not passing anything it’ll just compound in my stomach and it’ll get compacted which will have to make to go to the ER or smth.

Thanks so much for any advice, I really appreciate it :)
