Strange noise coming from the motor area while the 16 ft x 7 ft garage door is closing
Since a few days ago, a strange noise is coming from the motor area when the 16 ft x 7 ft garage door is closing. No objectionable noise when the door is opening. Here is a clip of closing. I paid attention to where the noise is coming from, it does not seem to be coming from rollers but from the motor area. No objection noise when the garage door is opening.
Request suggestions from the garage door professional service technicians/experts as to what the cause might be. Lift Master Garage door opener is about 2 years old. I will be contacting them soon
