If I exchange tickets out of a game I have a parking pass for, to a game I do not have a parking pass for, does the parking pass transfer to the new game?

I am looking to purchase half STM for the 26/27 season. Terms say Canes will buyback up to 5 games with credit going to next season's STM purchase. Terms also say you can sell 25% of your tickets. I assume a full/half is allowed to do both of these. Can anyone please confirm?
When you sell tickets, how are you credited? Does it credit your account with the intent it will be used for next year's STM, or is it credited as cash in your ticketmaster account that you can then transfer?
