Looking for advice!

I moved into this rental property nearly a year ago - when I viewed it I was told there was a small bathroom leak which had been rectified and that everything would be dried out before I moved in. A month or so ago I noticed some dark colouration coming through my bathroom floor lino. The landlord pulled back the lino and this is what was found.

I feel that the flooring must have never dried out- do I have any rights as a tenant/ what are the next steps for this floor?

Hi!

My Fiancé applied for a MVV 7-days ago and it got approved today! Very quick! However, they have started the visa beginning on the 22nd July (we marry on the 24th October 2026).

We have our intent to marry appointment of the 19th May, which I am guessing we now can't go to.

I am not sure why they have dated the visa from the 22nd July as we applied with our intent to marry appointments etc- but maybe they did not look at those documents.

Am I best just to rebook our intent to marry appointments for July? This is 3-months before our wedding so should be plenty of time?
