I want a laptop insert for the laptop compartment on my bag, which need to be stiff, light and thin.

The idea is for the insert to take the stress and bumps, and maintain the shape/frame of the laptop thus protecting the laptop from physical damage, especially around the edges and the front and back. The existing cushion-y padding protects from soft bumps, but i want something hard to protect profile of the laptop in case of any hard drops.

Any suggestions?
