Redirection label

A bit of a niche problem, perhaps: we are moving house soon, but due to various delays in the process, we are left to stay in temporary accommodation and won't have a fixed address for a while.

So we thought about using the redirection service, but there's a small problem: we don't have family or close friends nearby (or anyone we would want to send all our mail to); the best we have is an office address (mine), where the company has allowed me to receive personal mail.

However, the Royal Mail redirection form only lets me pick the address straight from the address picker and won't let me add something like 'c/o u/LampNoodles' to it, which isn't a problem for me, but won't work for my partner (we're not married and don't have the same last name, plus my office uses a semi-automated system, so they wouldn't know what to do with something addressed to a person who doesn't work there).

Which brings me to this (perhaps stupid) idea/question: does the label that gets applied to the mail for redirection include the full name of the person whose mail is being redirected? E.g. if my name is 'X Y Z', would it appear on the redirection label in addition to whatever was on the original (not redirected) label? If so, a potential hack would be to put my employee ID/name as my partner's middle name... that would probably be filtered correctly by our system, but only if it's guaranteed to appear on the redirection label.

Anyway, kind of a long shot, but if anybody knows, please let me know. (Or if for some reason I really shouldn't do this, please let me know as well!)

Thanks!
